01. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

02. Who can use

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Family Owner account. Family Owners may add profiles for family members (e.g., children, elderly parents) and are responsible for the accuracy of information entered on their behalf.

03. Not medical advice

The App is a health management and organization tool — it helps track medications, appointments, and records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

04. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of medication schedules, dosages, and health records entered into the App.

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Reminders and notifications provided by the App are intended as assistance tools and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for missed medications or appointments due to notification failures, connectivity issues, device settings, or other technical limitations.

05. Account & family data

The Family Owner controls access permissions for family member profiles. Removing a family member profile or deleting your account will remove associated data per our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

06. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the app, or upload false medical information intended to mislead other users.

07. Third-party services

The App may use third-party services and infrastructure (such as Firebase, Google services, and cloud hosting providers) to support functionality. Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

08. Limitation of liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App, including missed medications, appointments, or notifications.

09. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
