01. What we collect

Account info: name, email/phone, profile photo (via Google/Apple Sign-In or manual entry). Family member profiles: name, relationship, date of birth, photo. Health data: medications, dosages, schedules, adherence logs, test results, prescriptions, doctor/appointment details, voice notes (post-visit dictation). Uploaded files: lab reports, prescription images, documents (stored via Firebase Storage) Device data: push notification tokens (FCM), app usage/crash logs

02. How we use your data

To operate core features: reminders, adherence tracking, appointment scheduling, family health records To send push notifications (e.g., medication reminders, restock alerts) To improve app performance and fix bugs We do not sell your health data to third parties or advertisers

03. Where data is stored

Authentication and file storage: Firebase (Google Cloud) Structured app data: PostgreSQL database Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted to authenticated family members per your permission settings

04. Sharing family data

Only members added to your family group (by the Family Owner) can view that group’s health data We do not share individual health records with third parties except: (a) with your consent, (b) as required by law, or (c) with service providers who help us operate the app, under confidentiality obligations

05. Children’s & dependents’ data

Family Owners may add profiles for minors or dependents (e.g., children, elderly parents) who cannot consent themselves. By adding a dependent profile, you confirm you are their legal guardian or authorized caregiver and are entering their data on their behalf.

06. Retention & deletion

Data is retained while your account is active You may delete a family member’s profile or your entire account at any time; associated health data will be deleted within 3 days, except where retention is required by law

07. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

08. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted storage, authenticated access, guarded Firebase initialization) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

We’ll notify you in-app of material changes to how we handle your data.
